'The apartment was perfect for our needs. We did not use the washer/dryer in the apartment but knowing that it was available was a plus. The galley kitchen is a little small for cooking a large meal, but it worked for the two of us. The building is located in a quiet area within easy walking distance to the South Kensington and Gloucester Road underground stations. 'The place opened up a year ago. Easy to get to on the tube from Heathrow Airport on the Picadilly line. My six nights stay was a delight. The studio offers a homey experience. It is a pleasure to read or listen to the music and the common space by the reception which is nicely decorated. and feels like a living room. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.'

'Great place to stay in Central London - spacious and light, comfortable beds and easy to access. Our only issue was that we were there in the May 2026 ‘heatwave’ and it really was hot. A couple of pedestal fans would go a long way to helping with this at night. Luckily we were able to open all the windows and let some cooler air in eventually. Quite a noisy spot with all the 5am rubbish collections but earplugs were provided and we quite enjoyed hearing the city wake up around us.'

'First of all, the accommodation I had booked for 7 people turned out to have only 6 double beds. When I inquired at reception, they told us that the staff had probably placed the 7 beds incorrectly; they had likely forgotten. So we had to find another sleeping place for the other person. With 6 people, everyone needs their own bed, not all sleeping next to each other. It was not very helpful, and we struggled with it quite a bit.'
