'The bed was so cozy i couodnt wait to go to and didnt want to get up which says alot as I have a very nad back. I was not able to use the pool as it was packed but it was like a resort. They had a pool bar, floaties, the pool was huge and very clean even packed with bathers. 'We had a great stay at the hotel. We have been theater members from when it opened until we moved out of the area two years ago. So nice to have a place to stay while back visiting. We ate at the restaurant at a bar booth- usually our favorite but while the food was good they seemed very rushed and short staffed with soup coming out cold and drinks delayed.'

'This is an exceptional place to stay. The reason it’s a 4 star not a 5 is because there were A LOT of kids for lacrosse and they screamed in the pool and took over the entire pool and lobby. They ran down the hallways and I feel the staff - who was really phenomenal- should have told the parents (who had no manners) to behave with consideration for all the guests who were staying. The staff did not and the guests including us could not use the pool or sleep until 10:00pm when the pool was...

'I am very picky about cleanliness and let me tell you…I couldn’t find one single thing out of order. We had just come from a similarly rated hotel in New York and Penn’s View was 10 times better. Very friendly staff and excellent location in historic area. Had dinner at Panorama and it was fabulous!'
