    Sleeping Arrangements:
    This charming cottage features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a sunroom with a futon. The primary bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom includes a single bed that can turn into a double bed. The remaining bedroom features a queen-sized bed.

    Two Living Areas:
    Spread out and make yourself at home in our quaint cottage. With two cozy living areas, there is a lounge room with TV and comfy lounge and a sunroom which has the futon .... there's plenty of room for everyone to find their perfect spot to relax.

    Pet-Friendly Paradise:
    Bring your beloved furry friends along for an unforgettable getaway. Our fully fenced yard ensures they have the freedom to play and explore without a care in the world. Tail-wagging happiness is guaranteed!

    While we ensure that all beds are equipped with mattress protectors, pillows, pillowcases, quilts, and quilt covers, we kindly ask guests to bring their own sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels. Guests are expected to provide their own laundry detergent, dish soap, personal soap, and toilet paper, among other personal necessities.

Perfect relaxing getaway - in beautiful Hat Head and surrounds. House has everything you need. 300 meters to the beach. 3 doors down from General store. Great location.

Pet friendly, great location

What a beautiful little beach house in a beautiful little beach town. Well equipped house, comfy, cosy and clean. Walking distance to little shops and the bowling club. Pet friendly was a massive plus for us. Dog beach located with 100m or so. We'll be back 😊

Loved our stay

We stayed with young teen boys and 2 outdoor dogs for a weekend. Very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen with quality items and microwave and oven was both sparkling and worked well. New washing machine and clothes like was helpful. Loved the location and garden. Needed to take short showers as the hot water tank wasn’t big. The whole place was clean, convenient and comfortable. Will stay again

You don’t have this property to yourselves, there is half a fence in between the house & a unit out the back where a man was living. Kids couldn’t play outside, was worried the gate would be left open & the dog would get out. Good location & clean. But a bit disappointing as thought we’d be able to play games in the yard & park off the street as advertised.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A simple well situated basic home like so many other homes in Hat Head. The house has most things you need close to shops, beach and club. At over $300 per night it was very expensive and another example of how many people are now being priced out of these once affordable holiday rentals. Annoying that the lawnmower man enters the property with the permission of the owner not the renter.

Comfortable Perfect Family Stay

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Though on older place we found it very clean and comfortable. We've made good memories cooking together in the kitchen, playing cards at the table, hanging out watching forumal 1 on the tv. Location is perfect, walking distance to beach, creek and hikes. Playing barefoot bowls at the club a stone's throw away, and venturing to the cute grocery store for snacks. The yard was perfect for our dog, who also had the best time at the beach. Did I mention the main bed v comfy! If you like simple, not fancy, places where you can relax and enjoy some family time, this is the place for you. We hope to come back one day.
