'The Emilyville Inn is a nice, old and cozy inn with modern features. The room was comfortable and had good air conditioning. The bathroom had modern updates and everything worked perfectly. 'The room was clean but there was a very damp and musty smell. We had to open the windows and turn the heat to try to counteract it. The view was very beautiful of the river and lots of fish jumping.'

No coffee maker in room. Also it would be nice to have beverages available like water on site. Some noise as my room was by the stairs. I’d get another one next time. 'The suite is old, and so may not appeal to everyone. It doesn't have AC so could be a hot box in summer, but there are plenty of fans and lots of open windows. The property is not near the city center but nothing is far away in Peterborough - and it’s easy access to Hwy 7 and 115. There are lots of stores and restaurants nearby - easy walk or quick drive.
