Welcome to the Lower Cape Escape! This lovely Custom Saltbox style, Cape Cod Vacation home with Central AC and Free Wifi awaits you. Kick off your shoes and relax in this warm, private setting centrally located in Harwich, putting you close to Brewster, Chatham, and Orleans.

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
Attention to every detail has been considered. Equipped with everything including state of the art appliances, furnishings, and amenities. The first floor has an open layout with hardwood floors and cathedral ceiling with sky lights. The living room has a fireplace and 55 inch 4k smart tv with a separate sound bar and opens to an outside mahogany deck with a gas grill and new patio furniture. The kitchen is built for the gourmet with custom cabinets, 5 burner convection gas double oven, wine fridge, and bar seating for 4. Recessed lighting throughout.

The first floor bedroom (Bedroom #1) has a Queen bed, across the hallway from the bedroom there is a full bathroom with a double sink, and a shower. Upstairs is another bedroom (Bedroom #2) with a Queen bed that connects with a full bathroom with double head shower and bath; there is also access to this bathroom from the hallway (Jack & Jill-style).

You will also find a loft with a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and a PlayStation.

In total there are two 32" flat screen TVs (upstairs) and one 42" flat screen TV (in living room), all with HD cable.

Enjoy Wequassett Resort for restaurants and an outdoor bar with Pleasant Bay views. Jack Knife Beach is popular for kayaking and windsurfing and is nearby.

Guest Welcome Starter Bag Included: Contains 2 rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags, a sponge, and a starter amount of bar soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. A few locally sourced snacks are included as well (subject to change based marketplace availability).

This home offers Keyless Entry for your convenience.

Max parking of cars at property: 2. No parking on lawn anytime.

State and local taxes are charged if applicable.
For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
***Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are not included with this home but can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen rental partner. Please ask our guest specialist for details. Our NEVR Homes come with mattress covers, pillows and a bed cover such as blanket, quilt, bedspread etc.
