One of 2 complaints we had were that we signed up for 2 queen beds and received 2 full beds. Room has a kitchen with dishes and cookware. Nice size closet for a studio suite. My only real complaint was the beds were like cement and so uncomfortable. I had to buy a mattress pad just to sleep. The pillows didn't have any stuffing and we're like sleeping on cloth.'

'Parking situation is very poorly explained and set up. The street markings out front appear to show that you can’t pull up, stop or unload at the main lobby door, and there’s seemingly no concierge. The actual parking garage is on the far side of the block on a one way system, we had to go around twice before we were able to identify the correct access point. 'This is an old property. Our room AC was loud, the carpets looked tired. Small pie shaped rooms with small bathrooms. I thought the overall stay was fine, the cheaper end of room rates in town. Free coffee available in the lobby and we never went to the restaurant. It is right downtown in Duluth and close to the water. Also no daily maid service.'

'The location was great with a view of the harbor and the lift bridge from the room. It was a short walk across the lift bridge to Canal Park and good food, museums, and shopping. We went to the Great Lakes Aquarium, the William A Irvin ore ship museum and walked along Lake Superior. The buffet breakfast was great and everything was clean. This was a wonderful place to stay.'

'I personally like my room and how pain it was plus the staff are very helpful. I raid some reviews that talks about the smell, but that was not an issue for me because there was no found smell. For the price I think it is very good and good location too.'

'Reminds me of some of the best hostels I stayed in while traveling in Europe. Super clean, very modern, and a great vibe. Joe was there when we checked in, and was super helpful in helping us get settled. Great retail store below, and a cool looking bar as well (window-shopped the store, didn’t hit the bar). It is a hostel, so be prepared for shared bathrooms, etc., but we expected that and it was all in all a great stay. Will totally stay there again!'
