'Very helpful staff'

'Hosts were very helpful and understanding. Early checkin: No problem! This morning when I asked my waterbottles (bidon) to be filled for my bikeride to Glasgow, they put in especially icecubes! This helped through the day! '

'The room was comfortable for a family of 4, the room was clean, but there was an awful smell on the hallway. The hotel is 20 minutes by bus to the train station, the bus is around 5 minutes walk from the hotel, so it is not that close, you need to plan in advance so you will get to the train on time. But if you plan ahead it is not that bad. Make sure you come back before 11pm so you can catch the last bus. There are not ubers or taxis around the area unless you know a local that can share a...

'Good hotel near Maxim Park, plenty of power outlets to charge electrical devices. Due to its location one would need a car. Recommended for businessmen, not necessarily for tourists.'

'My wife and I stayed over for one night, really enjoyed our stay, very relaxing setting and if you like horses then definitely come here. Very friendly and attentive staff. We are planning to come back with our kids so they can go horse riding. Thanks very much.'

'A basic hotel with simple rooms. The fourth bed in our room was noticeably shorter, so my 13-year-old child didn’t quite fit. That said, the restaurant was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly. And although the rooms were quite basic, they still met all our needs.'

That may be expedia’s fault in picking up on the wrong info about the property. The breakfast is only instant coffee , some fruits and super basic pastry. 'Geen idee waar de sterren op zijn gebaseerd maar dit is geen 4 sterren hotel. Op zichzelf prima. Kamer was eenvoudig en behoorlijk schoon. Maar toch ook echt wel wat minpuntjes. Doucheputje liep slecht door. Kamer 111 is naast de werkruimte van het hotelpersoneel. Elke morgen om 7.00 uur wakker worden van het personeel dat heen en weer loopt te draven (houten vloer). We hadden een kamer gevraagd met 2 aparte bedden en kregen een gehandicapten-kamer. (wellicht de enige met losse bedden) Toch...

'The hotel is clean and modern. Being able to use the staff kitchen and having food delivered is nice as there is no restaurant. But what really makes this hotel great is the staff. I would’ve given them 6 out of 5 stars if I could, they really are the best.'
