« They were overbooked and didnt have our room even tho we had reservations, so they gave us another room where none of the outlets worked in the bathroom missing light bulbs so front desk gave us some bulbs. Everyday when we left and came back our room key no longer worked so Everyday we had to get it reset at front desk...then they brought more towels to our room that were damp as if they haven't completly dried in the dryer. Overall i would never stay there again, it's not like the other...

« The hotel is renovating rooms, so there is some visible construction material, but we stayed in one of the updated rooms and it looked and was AMAZING! Totally worth the money By all the main shopping and restaurants, but tucked away from the traffic. We go to alliance at least twice a year and will stay here from now on. »

« My room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was large and opulent with a large shower area. I had a mini fridge, sofa, king size bed and large TV with cable. The breakfast included had a wide variety of hot and cold items and was constantly maintained I was very comfortable during my stay and would highly recommend the Hyatt for a great stay at a reasonable rate. »

« The pull out sofa is a twin size! These rooms will not fit 6 people. My two young kids couldn’t fit together on the pull out and had to sleep on the floor. »
