'We waren er op een vrijdag terwijl er een honkbal wedstrijd was, dus het was erg druk in het hotel. Zeker bij het ontbijt was het zoeken naar een tafeltje. Voor de rest een prima kamer.'

'Staff was very friendly and got us checked in an hour early. The room and property were clean. Breakfast was great with many options available. Parking was $25 a day but with in and out privileges. We would stay here again! '

'For breakfast the first items we ordered were all unavailable. Asked if they could sub bacon for sausage on an egg sandwich was told. Asked if they could make a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and was told no, we need to order the bacon, egg and toast breakfast and assemble into a sandwich ourselves. Fine, but the bacon was very burnt and I ended up throwing away (and I love crispy bacon!). I also like a nice runny yolk, but the egg white was runny and raw. Restaurant sounded delicious but...

'Redelijk hitel. Kamers wel ongezellig en clean ingericht! Maar let op...parkeren kost 25$pd!! ...En als je geen auto he t, kijk goed je rekening na! Bij mij elke nacht 15$ gerekendvoor parkeren en ik had geen auto! Beetje naar gevoel van over gehouden . Al me alokhotelmaar voor die prijs wel gezelliger hotels i St Louis. Verder was de bar enkele dagen gesloten pw.'

'Very expensive and very very basic. Would have at least expected a couple of complimentary bottles of water in the room… . Had to pay almost $10 for 2 bottles of water just to have something to drink . Valet parking was $48. Self park was $40. Pricey in addition to the $300 ish cost of the basic room. Would not go back'

'We only stayed one night but we enjoyed the breakfast. The omelet bar was excellent. Our only negative was the evening reception. The snacks were very minimal and nearly gone after the first 30 minutes. Options were potato chips, pretzels, Chex mix. Other than that, everything was great. Very friendly staff!!'

'Our room was very hot the first night. The air condition is not controlled in the room but rather generally by the staff. So you have no control over the a/c. It is a historic building. This being said the rooms are small and the street noise is incredibly loud. It felt like there was drag racing outside our room in the street all night. Literally could not sleep with all the noise outside.'

'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '
