'The room was clean, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the amphitheater and is easy to access. Breakfast was good. Because the hotel is close to the road, the room was a bit noisy, but white noise helped minimize the disturbance. The bed was very soft and sat low to the ground. We would have preferred a firmer mattress. We had reserved a king room but were given a room with a queen bed and a daybed instead. Overall a good experience for a one night stay.'

'Great location for going to coastal Walnut Creek amphitheater. Clean and easy check in. A little noisy but from outside sources not the hotel. Love the frig and microwave and my room had a wet bar.'

'What a great hotel in the middle of Raleigh. A friend and I were attending a concert at Coastal Credit Union Pavilion and needed a place to stay that wasn’t too far and reasonably priced. Check-in was very quick and easy. Our room was spacious, clean, and updated. I love how this hotel has laminate floors in the room. The beds were probably the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. The hotel was very quiet, too. I never heard any noise from any of the rooms which is unusual....

'Thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at this MCM hotel. Room was great, easy parking. Anna on the front desk was outstanding in helping us with places to see, as was her colleague at the bar. Only thing that needs improvement is communication - our flight was delayed by 24hrs and my four different attempts at contacting the hotel received no response. Looking forward to returning again soon.'

'Hotel was being rennovated but well run. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfasts and food was excellent. Wife had had knee surgery and found the toilets too low for comfort. Will look for handicapped room next time.'
