The space
• Our Apartment with window, balcony and high ceiling is bright, clean & smart in modern design with ensuite bathroom and toilet; Modern interior room decor with a cozy ambiance offers the comfort you need after a long day out exploring the city and most convenient location and a full range of facilities, shopping mall, swimming pool, fitness center, etc.
• Our Studio Apartment has a total area of 45 sq.m with 01 bed and 1 bathrooms, an open plan living room – dining room – kitchen makes a spacious living space.
o Suitable for 02 pax (max).
o Internet WIFI is provided - ideal for Internet Calls and Web Surfing.
o The place and the neighbourhood are generally safe. There is a lift within the building and access into the premise is via a magnetic keycard.
• THE LIVING ROOM is such a gorgeous space with high tall window and sunny loft. In the morning you just need to open the curtain to see all the lovely sunshine. There is a perfect sofa for you to enjoy a few relaxing nights in front of TV, complete with lots of comfy pillows, cozy blankets and of course some yummy snack!
• THE MODERN KITCHEN has everything you need to cook a delicious meal: refrigerator, hop, microwave as well as cutlery, crockery and utensils.
• THE BEDROOM, you will find our softly, comfy DOUBLE BED & double pillows. Through the window you can feel all the exotic, busy, young, energetic atmosphere.
• THE PRIVATE BATHROOM with walk-in shower, toilet, sink and towels.
• THE CHILLING VIEW: locating on 15th floor, our apartment has balconies with view so great that will surely comfort you.
• The apartment is fully furnished with high quality furniture and imported equipment for you to feel like you are at home.

HOUSE RULES (optional):
• CLEAN-UP: Cleaning will be done before and after you stay, we appreciate your best efforts to keep things as tidy as you found them when you arrive.
• Because of some Cheat-case in HaNoi, we Recommend guest use our service which is the best service, cheaper and better.
• We expect our guests to abide by the following:
o Washing up of the used dishes,
o The litter bins shall be emptied,
o The fridge shall be emptied,
o All food, beverages, and garbage must be bagged and disposed of in the baggage collection room located outside of the apartment,
• PLEASE MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING FOR BEST ADVICE.
• A photo of your passport must be sent to us before check in.
• Airport transportation: For hassle free in searching our house address, we also offer service to pick up at the airport. Drive will be on time and waiting for you at your Terminal with welcoming board of your name then take you directly to our house.
• Please inform us your arrival time for the most convenient check in.
• No party, no pet allow in the apartment.
• Quiet hour from 11:30 Pm to 6:00 AM next day.
• Check in from 2PM and check out at 12:00 noon

• We will pick up you from lobby during office hour, otherwire we will guide you how to go to apartment. (before your arrive 01 day)
• One you get to the 15 floor, look for apartment and open the door by code (I will give you when before your arrive 01 day)
• The wifi infor will be notice on the wifi box in the apartment (living room).
• When you open the door, next to the door (Inside apartment) you will see the automatic light, please press that button so that can open all the light in the apartment.
• The hot water: please press the button on bathroom
• We will put the key card on living table, the key card use to access the lobby door. (When you check out, please leave back the key card on the living table)
