« We loved staying at 360 king. The whole experience start to finish was incredible. We were greeted by Bethany and Julia and two gentlemen (owner) who welcomed us and helped with our luggage. Our apartment was beautifully decorated and spotless! The bed was one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in. They provided a white noise machine and even earplugs. « loved it for most of it... only small detail... no rooftop pool ;)) the general feel is splendid... very Mad Men... the location is ideal and thanks to the great Concierge service we enjoyed walking distance dining that was really a joy... perhaps the room service could be improved (the breakfast in room is far too expensive...) but the quality of the food in this hotel is very serious! well done to the Chef... even our last minute snack before we took our flight was lovely: try that home made...

However, we were very understanding about the lack of a bed for our queue despite a reservation for 3 people..., the lack of delivery of our breakfast on the first morning, which we had to take and pay for elsewhere, the lack of response to our 2 emails for clarification on parking and the progress of this famous first breakfast delivery, the absence of any commercial gesture for these shortcomings.... »

« Great hotel!!! Would stay over and over again. The rooms are modern, spacious and uniquely laid out. The staff was always friendly and quick to say hello. The bar is a nice touch and staff was very nice there as well. The drinks were stiff too. The pool area is clean and well kept. The beds are comfy and the pillows aren’t flat. I never tried the breakfast. Highly suggest. »
