Beautiful lake side cottage

  • Enjoy all that lake life has to offer with amenities like restaurants, shopping, and leisure activities nearby. Listen to the Loons and Peepers while relaxing on the deck near the fire. Head to town for dinner and a movie or to check out the local night life/leisure activities. Suits all purposes. The cottage sits up on a little hill. There is a ramp/stairway down to the water so guests can enjoy the water/kayaks etc. *Hot Tub is not functional at this time. *We unexpectedly needed to take down the deck. There is a small patio for outdoor seating.

We had a wonderful three night stay here. The lake was beautiful and we were able to explore it with the kayaks that were provided. An absolutely lovely spot with a cute little cottage!

Very cute little cottage with everything you need to have a great time and enjoy natures beauty. Peaceful and clean, i definitely recommend this place!

Overall, the stay was great. The kitchen was decently equipped, WiFi worked great, and the view was fantastic. One small critique is the walking area to get to the dock wasn’t mowed and branches blocked the wooden walk way to get to the dock. Also when it rained, it was very muddy in the driveway and walking to the entrance to the cabin.

The host was very helpful when contacted. Super quiet area with very little traffic. Updated interior of the cabin with new appliances. Very clean inside. The picture window for viewing the lake is foggy. Grounds could have been neater and the view of the lake from the deck was partially obscured by a lilac bush. Overall a nice quiet getaway.

The places is comfortable and was well stocked with spices and anything else you need in the kitchen. The view was gorgeous and it was on a nice quiet street.

Cabin on the water

We had a great stay. The loons on the pond and bald eagles were a great site while out kayaking. The house had everything we needed. Short drives for necessities but still a quiet place to be. Owner was very responsive.

Trip to Maine

My husband and I really enjoyed this property. The house was small and cozy and had all the amenities we needed for our week in Maine. We really liked sitting out on the porch listening to all the birds in the pond. We hope to come back one day and would love to stay here again.

Home away from home

I grew up in this area and this felt just like home! The pond is so nice to wake up to right outside your window. Feels like a classic Maine camp.

This place was an amazing spot to rest, and take in great views. The use of the kayaks was a huge bonus. It was clean, cozy, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and there were bald eagles and loons to see. Ben was immediately responsive to any and all of my questions. I felt very supported during my stay.

Wonderful view!

We had a great stay, house was as described. Enjoyed outside on the deck, and everything we needed was provided during our time there. Being from Louisiana, August is HOT during the summer. We loved being on the lake!

Getaway

My husband and i had a nice little getaway. The place was clean, quiet with breathtaking views to calm any nerves. We enjoyed ourselves. We were close to anywhere we wanted to go while being off the beaten path. Living in the city this was a nice break from the hustle and bustle.

Great get away with our dogs!

I loved the secluded feel of the cottage! Being able to sit on the deck and look out to the lake was my favorite part about the property. Our dog Stella really enjoyed jumping off the dock into the lake. This cottage was very comfortable and I will absolutely be back!

We absolutely loved the location of the cottage with fantastic views of the lake from almost every room. It was quiet and we felt safe there. The cottage was nicely decorated and looks to have been updated recently. Gaining access was very easy and customized to us. The owner, Ben, was very responsive to our needs.
