There are two fundamental things wrong with this tproperty, and they stem from the ownership. Basically, they care nothing for their customers - you.
First, on checking out there was a $15.95 + tax 'facilities' charge. I asked about this and was told that it was for the upkeep of the parking lot and other things. When booking with Expedia, this was not included in the posted charge for the room, which did include taxes. This is false advertising and is probably illegal. If they want more money, raise the rates.
Second, the 'continental breakfast' was served from 7:00am to 10:00am. It consisted of white bread slices, a couple of basic bagels, tiny muffins and tiny donuts. A few packages of oatmeal were also offered. By 7:30 it had almost all gone. One slice of bread left. When asked, the front desk said that they had spent a lot of money renovating the rooms and would get to improving the breakfast eventually. Again, if you offer a breakfast, provide one. Otherwise forget it.
These people are dishonest and should not be in the hotel business.
