The main entrance is accessible via three steps. You can then easily reach the suites on the first floor by elevator.

The spacious, approximately 60 m² three-room suite was completely modernized in mid-2025 with great attention to detail and furnished to a high standard. Bright rooms, stylish furniture, and a well-thought-out living concept create a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere for families, couples, friends, and business travelers.

The elegant bedroom features a comfortable king-size box-spring bed, providing the perfect conditions for restful nights. In the cozy living and dining area, a high-quality sleeper sofa invites you to relax and provides additional sleeping accommodations for extra guests.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a pleasant stay: a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stovetop, coffee maker, and electric kettle are, of course, at your disposal. Whether it’s breakfast before a stroll through town or a dinner together—nothing is left to be desired here.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a comfortable shower and toilet.

Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available for work, streaming, or planning your vacation. A modern smart TV also ensures top-notch entertainment.
