'Staff were all so helpful. They made us feel so welcome. Facilities are great. Only complaint was the boiler in the cupboard was on and the pipes were hot, which made the rooms very warm. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.'

'Great location near public transport. Friendly/helpful staff. My only problem was the bath was quite deep and hard to get in/out of for showering; an age thing but something that others need to be aware of. Other than that niggle, would not hesitate to return.'

'A good looking Hotel from the outside, the food in the restaurant smelled great as you climb the steps to the door. (There is a disabled lift around the side somewhere)
Self check in with help available, parking fee arranged at this point, I had missed this on the website, it was £7.50 a night, not over the top but a surprise for me.
Room is a bit dated, only two sockets on the desk and no USB sockets anywhere.
Comfy bed, plenty of space in the room and good shower pressure!

'Communication from them was fantastic, they let you know everything you need to do to access the property. Room was lovely and clean. Directions to property were very clear (unless you're an idiot like me who doesn't read them properly!) Had one issue in the early hours of the morning as the room next door was being really noisy but I messaged the property and they sorted it out within about 5 mins. Would happily stay here again.'
