Had your safe been locked upon your entry into the room the front desk staff definitely have access to the tools required to get that open and working for you. So I will definitely be following up with them. As for the public washrooms they are maintained and cleaned several times a day so I am unsure as to why certain items had not been re stocked... but I definitely appreciate you brining this to my attention. Hello Matthew. I know that we did try and reach out to each guest we had arriving to notify them about the pool closure. When brining up your specific booking I can see a note on file that we did try calling the phone number attached to your booking and weren't able to get a hold of you and did leave a voicemail.Also, the lights in the fitness room are on a motion sensor so they are only on when guests are in the room making use of it. The room does require a specific keycard to access which you would receive at the front desk.Hopefully you would return another time.
