DUE TO BILL 41 we are only allowed to rent one time in a 30 day period so our minimum bookings will be 30 days or longer.

We have been waiting to remodel this home, but first the pandemic made it difficult with not being able to travel, and now the 90 day rule, so not sure when the remodel will take place. The wood floors need to be redone as they are scratched. The garage doors need to be replaced, but cannot do that until the remodel, so parking inside the garage is not an option. There are two parking spaces in front of the garage available for two regular size vehicles. Until the remodel is done, we have reduced the rate by over $200 a night.

This 4 bed 2 1/2 bath home on the North shore has an amazing view of the beach and ocean. The 4th bedroom is a small rooftop room with a twin bed; this room gives you access to a huge rooftop deck that has amazing view of the most popular beaches on the north shore. The rental is comfortable and sleeps up to 9 in beds but has a large sectional sofa. This house is perfect for a large family or large group of friends wanting to enjoy the North Shore. The home is set in the most prime area on the North Shore conveniently located midway between Sunset and Waimea overlooking the most famous surf spots in the world.

Bonzai Skate Board Park is right across the street and there is nearby tennis, basketball, and golf at the Turtle Bay Resort. Ride bikes from out your gate onto the beautiful tropical bike path. Paddle board, surf board and water sport rentals available at a couple of locations nearby. Grocery store, gas station, some of the best swimming and snorkeling beaches on the North Shore during certain seasons, even catch a glimpse of whales, dolphins and swim with turtles right out in front during selected months.

Rainbows are almost always a sure thing here. During the season the best surfing hands down goes on right out in plain view from your place. Come and enjoy!

There is NO Smoking of anything, NO Vapor, Cigarettes, Cigars, Marijuana, etc., allowed in the home or on the decks or patio. You may NOT smoke in the home or anywhere on the premises. If this rule is violated there will be a $500 fine and an additional cleaning fee to cover the cost of removing the smell.

There are NO parties allowed. If you have a party there will be a $500 fine.

There are no charging of electric vehicles on the property. We are not set up for this and do not want damage to our electrical system. Any violation will result in a $2000 fine plus any additional charges to repair the electrical damages.
