'Nice room, really convenient to Purdue and good gym'

'The property’s biggest advantage is its excellent location right on campus. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well maintained. However, the room was disappointingly small, with barely enough space to move around comfortably, especially given the high nightly rates. The restaurant was also overpriced. We used to love their breakfast, but this time the quality was disappointing. Overall, while the location is hard to beat, the high room rates, cramped...

'The breakfast was supposed to be complimentary. when I went down for breakfast the staff tried to charge $12 person for a basic continental breakfast. I couldn't even grab a bagel, everything was $12. It was a total rip off.'

'The property was updated and looked nice. When we got in our room and was putting our things down you could see an m&m on the floor so not sure if the carpet was swept? So what else was not cleaned??'

'The front desk person was so nice & helpful'

'The hotel has steadily declined over the past year.'

'Everything was spotless. The breakfast had an excellent selection. The rooms were clean & spacious. We will definitely consider staying at a Townplace by Marriott in the future'

'Always a great stay at this hotel and will continue to be a loyal customer. Very accommodating when I have a request.'

'Breakfast was good. Healthy options.'

'Parking is good'

'Our room was very dirty, curtains and shower curtain stained, towels, and bathmat stained, hair in the shower and sink, floors were dirty. We brought it to the attention of staff and it was cleaned better when we returned after a day out. Coffee was good but the breakfast was unappealing.'
