« My stay was fine. As expected. The breakfast isn’t great but gets the job done. Went up to my room 4 different times and had to come back down because my card didn’t work. Overall nice stay. »

« This hotel is very run down, the first room we were given stunk so bad & the second room the toilet moved when you sat on it, the tub was horrible, there were baby roaches, the refrigerator was dirty, the tv remote didn't work, the blankets/sheets on the bed were stained, torn & had burn holes in them. »

« When we got there the person at the front desk said that the facility was booked solid and that he had only nine rooms available because he forgot to tell hotels.com that there was a renovation going on and could not help us. Also he said that he had to charge me himself for the room even when I had already paid through your website. This is why I had to reserved another room at Lone Star Suites I just hope you are not going to double charge me for two different hotel rooms. »

« The door to the outside didn't seal, could see light around it. Huge stains in the carpet. A lamp didn't work and rather than remove it, they set another next to it. The shower rod was hanging on barely. It had been "repaired" as it was painted but was sagging rather than bowing out. Being careful not to touch the rod and have it fall, tried to close the curtain. Up hill both ways so the curtain didn't close. No worries, no hot water so the shower curtain became less of an issue. Toilet...

« The property is in poor condition, smells like piss, the room door paint is peeling off. Inside the room the microwave and fridge do not work. Everything is in bad condition. Homeless people roam around. »
