'We were there off season but had a lovely stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only thing to note was we couldn't control the temperature in our room. The thermostat is set for you and you are not able to cool or heat individual rooms. For the most part it was a comfortable temperature but we wish we could choose the temperature ourselves.'

'Very friendly staff who were very helpful in terms of dietary requirements (vegetarian, gluten free). Restaurants do serve a limited menu for vegetarians, but the staff is extremely helpful esp during breakfast. Location is so-so, ci. 15-20minutes from centre of Gyeongju and its parcs. Close for expo and such. Very clean rooms, good size (junior suite). '

El entorno precioso, todo cuidadísimo al detalle. Nos dieron una cálida bienvenida, en todo momento se mostraron amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos. La comida muy gustosa y deliciosa. Nos vamos con muy buena sensación. Sin duda una estancia que recordaremos con mucho cariño. Les deseo mucho éxito.'
