'We do not understand that it was just a room in the house but everything was great, clean, and Han was so kind especially when we could not locate the property. So much so, he came out to the street in the freezing cold to find us. Overall, a good experience '

'Absolutely gorgeous hotel in a perfect location, right next to a subway station and walking distance from Myeong-dong.
Huge room, lots of space for sitting, unpacking and some closet space too. Bathroom straight from a magazine.
Daily complementary water, tea and coffee. Very helpful staff.
Some small cons
The hotelroom is fully carpeted (apart from the bathroom) which is, especially being a pet-friendly hotel... a choice.
The room was also very warm. Aircon wouldn't go below 23 degrees C....

'Upon arrival because i was staying for two weeks i got upgraded to a bigger room. They were very kind and helpful and my only point is the mold on the bathroom floor and the toilet on the inside was very dirty i know its not new but i couldn't stand the sight of it. But everything else topped these two things but it should be kept in mind '

'Het hotel was super en net maar wat het echt geweldig maakt is de locatie dichtbij/in een van de leukste buurten van Seoul. Dichtbij ikseon, insadong & bukchon met super gezellige straten. Daarnaast is het dichtbij de metro/bus en ben je zo in Myeongdong, seongsu, dongdaemun of andere buurten.'

'I had a wonderful experience staying at the Plaza. Staffs are helpful and go above and beyond. The hotel is located near city hall and walking distances to malls, shops, restaurants and public transportation. I highly recommend using the airport limousine bus service. '

'This hotel was probably very good in the 90s. It needs a massive renovation . Couch was old and very dirty, parts of the furniture were falling apart.
It doesn’t deserve its 4 star classification (anymore) .
Apart from this , we found the service very bad. The only person who was friendly / attentive was the lovely cleaning lady responsible for our room.
Breakfast is supposed to last until 10am , but at 9:45 they were already insisting with us (we have 2 young kids ) to leave the restaurant so...

'The hotel is perfect for a great stay at Seoul, there are a lot of restaurants of all kind of food around the hotel, we even found some vegetarian dishes, also there are a lot of friendly bars and things to do around Stayz 437.
You can ride the limousine bus directly to the Incheon Airport, it’s a 3 minute walk from the hotel. The staff is VERY kind and helpful, the room was a 10, the service was a 10 and the location was a 10. Thanks Stayz 437. '
