'Great first stay at the Joiners Arms. We took our dog and they had a bed, ball, bowls and treats in our room. Sunday lunch was amazing as ever, service prompt, extra gravy not a problem. Couldn't fault breakfast, really impressive and the check-in/check-out was easy. Would highly recommend.'

'All staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful, I'd booked an attic room but seeing my husband on crutches they immediately swapped us into a first floor room which I think was an upgrade as it had a huge freestanding copper bath and Chesterfield sofa as well as a king (or maybe super king) sized bed. 'Very friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast and dinner were both very good. The family room was spacious and clean with a large bathroom. The wifi was good and there is lots of parking space. We heard a continuous hum in our room, but it wasn’t a big deal because it quite well before bedtime. We didn’t ask about it but assumed that it was probably a ventilation fan from the kitchen.
