« The staff starting with the front desk, the kitchen staff, hospitality services, cleaning staff , the folks outside assisting with embarking/disembarking were all magnificent and treated me like royalty! Different folks were alternating between day and night shifts but kept up their enthusiasm and professionalism. Overall a magnificent experience!! The room was great, food was great, ambience was great, can’t say enough about how good everything was! Strongly recommend as the best place to stay...

« Hôtel de grand standing avec des chambres spacieuses et confortables. Néanmoins, il n'aurait peut-être pas 5 étoiles s'il était situé dans une autre pays. Mais nous sommes en Inde, et particulièrement dans une région proche d'une frontière sensible, et il est important de pouvoir séjourner dans un endroit sécurisé, c'est le cas ici.
Le personnel est très accueillant. »

« Staff attitude was excellent. Check in experience was excellent. Property is in good shape. The disappointment was in the bed, which matters the most when you’re traveling. The bed sheets were worn out and had stains all over (quite disgusting). When I lifted the bed cover at night I noticed the bed sheet wasn’t changed from the previous stay (crumpled up). Extremely disgusting. Just ended up sleeping on top of the bed cover instead. Had a terrible sleepless night. »

« We had a nice stay although experienced some hiccups initially including their main restaurant being outside their main bldg was not convenient to steer around with my senior mom. Staff at the front door, buffet restaurant, housekeeping/ cleaning were super helpful. Given a five star expectation was more. »

Mauvais accueil à l'hôtel.
Client renvoyé parce que numéro de réservation ne les concernait pas, selon eux!
Pas permis de consulter messagerie personnelle afin de leur montrer réservation.
Pas accepté qu'un taxi soit appelé pour quitter l'hôtel ( c'était tard dans la soirée) . »
