'Beautiful location and felt very cosy'

'We booked a 3-night stay at this property through Expedia, but it was an absolute nightmare from the moment we arrived. The house was severely infested with over a thousand flies, covering my kids' faces and hands within minutes and making them sick. When we contacted the host, they dismissively claimed bugs are "common in the mountains"—an excuse I've never heard in all my years of mountain travel. To make matters worse, the beds had unclean sheets, ancient and sagging 15-year-old mattresses,...

'Our family of 4 stayed for 2 nights in June 2026. The apartment was easy to find, the parking was very close by and the hosts did an excellent job of explaining the parking options and check in process. The small kitchen was very efficient and while we only prepared simple meals, the full size fridge and stove top, plus provided plates/cups/glassware would make cooking family meals a breeze. 'The host was responded to all my questions and requested right away. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Only negative was one bedroom only had one plug but our host provided a solution with 2 extension cords right away. I would recommend this apartment with a big group. Unfortunately, the property itself has significant maintenance issues, and the lack of support from the host was extremely disappointing. During our six-day stay, we repeatedly contacted the host and requested assistance, asking for someone to inspect and resolve the problems, but no one was ever sent. The main issues included: * The stovetop was not...

'Would definitely recommend staying here! Close to the Interlaken West train terminal and downtown Interlaken. The room was very clean and comfortable and was a great value. Plenty to do nearby — I had the best chai latte of my life at the cafe across the street.'

'キレイでした、WiFiだけちょっと使いづらかった。'

'We had a wonderful stay at this charming house in Wimmis. The place itself is full of character and felt like a true home away from home. What really made the experience special were the hosts—they were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The management team was also excellent, handling everything smoothly from start to finish. Overall, it was a great stay and we’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway in...
