'The staff was friendly, helpful and seemed to be happy working here. The room was very clean. The location was convenient, you could walk next door to eat, if you didn’t want to eat at the hotel. The pool area looked nice, the pool is heated, we didn’t swim in the pool. The only downside, one of the elevators were down for most of our stay.'

'Everything is as amazing! The staff was so helpful and so nice (All of them)! Julie at the front desk was awesome. My beach shuttle driver, Roger, was absolutely fantastic. The front does young lady who let me into the gym at 5am the wonderful lady in the morning for checkout! Definitely pet friendly! I thought it was nice they have a little shuttle to take you down to the beach and pick you up! It’s just down the road but saves you from having to pay for parking! I didn’t want to leave the area...

'Nice new hotel with direct beach access and pool. Nice up to date rooms, friendly staff. Bar should open longer than 9 PM. And 1 night the restaurant was not seating outside because " It was too wet" It had not rained in hours and there was no rain foreseen in hours, just the restaurant staff too lazy to dry the tables and chairs. That is a shame as the outside area of the restaurant has a view on the beach.'

'Our room had an ocean view which was nice when sitting out on the balcony. Staff was approachable, helpful, and polite. '

'Terrible tenia mi reservacion pagada llegando al lugar me dijieron que mi resrvacion no estaba les mostre mis confirmaciones primero no sabian de quien era la unidad que me habian rentado no esncontraban ala persona encargada de esa unidad cuando me dieron el numero de contacto llame y me dijieron que esa unidad habia sido rentada dias antes de que llo la rentara entonces me dijieron que esa unidad se habia sobrevendido y no me solucionaron nada!!!! Pesimo servicio de esta propiedad no lo...

'breakfast wasn't that good, I like eggs but the only eggs they served were in the form of egg on bun with cheese or a biscuit with egg mixed into other things, no pure hardboiled or scrambled eggs to put on your dish. I went to cereal & yogurt as my go to, which was good. '
