The master bedroom boasts a comfortable King-size bed and a private bathroom, along with a smart TV. The guest bedroom also offers a cozy Queen-size bed, complete with a smart TV. Extra guests can use the sleeper sofa in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare fantastic meals. For reservations during the Winter Season (January and February), a minimum stay of 60 days (two months) is required for bookings made before October 1st. Reservations not meeting this criteria may be subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be booked for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Additional Information: Parking Passes are required and available for purchase upon arrival or through direct contact with our office. Each reservation allows a maximum of 2 parking passes for 2 cars. Linens are provided, but guests are advised to bring their own beach towels. The reservation includes a 'starter set' of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
Policies: Rental eligibility requires guests to be at least 25 years of age and provide photo ID at check-in. Smoking is prohibited, and pets are not allowed.
