Découvrez une détente totale sur vos vacances à la plage dans ce chalet côtier! "GULF4Shore" est une maison de 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain située à environ deux pâtés de maisons des sables blancs sucrés du golfe du Mexique à Gulf Shores, en Alabama. Cette maison a été entièrement rénovée avec un plancher haut de gamme, des comptoirs en quartz, une nouvelle peinture, une salle de bain rénovée, de nouveaux meubles et plus encore!

Ce charmant Cottage Beach est situé à deux pâtés de maisons de la plage avec un passage pour piétons pratique sur Beach Blvd. Profitez de votre café du matin ou cocktail du soir sur la terrasse spacieuse à l'avant de la maison Cette unité est à distance de marche du Hangout, du Pink Pony Pub, du restaurant Sea-n-Suds et du Gulf Market. Un espace de divertissement supplémentaire est disponible dans la zone spacieuse sous le chalet.

L'espace de vie principal est spacieux et comprend une télévision HD et un canapé-lit queen. Il y a aussi un coin repas avec une table à manger pour 4 personnes. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils, casseroles, poêles, ustensiles de cuisine, assiettes et verrerie dont vous aurez besoin pour vous faire comme chez vous pendant vos vacances à Gulf Shores.

Chambre 1 a un lit Queen avec TVHD. Chambre 2 a un lit Queen et TVHD.

Hidden Gem just minutes from the beach.

⸻We had an amazing stay at this beach house in Gulf Shores! The home was spotless and clearly well taken care of, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. The large privacy fence was a huge bonus—it gave us peace of mind with both the kids and our dogs, and made the backyard feel like our own private retreat.One of our favorite features was the space under the house—it’s set up perfectly for BBQs, relaxing, and playing games. It added so much to our experience and gave us a great hangout spot after a day at the beach.Speaking of the beach, it’s just a short walk away, which made it super convenient. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing getaway. We’d absolutely come back again. Highly recommend

Yard grown up, house swayed when someone walked across the floor, roaches in bathroom, rug in living room dirty from animals, furniture dirty, mattress in front bedroom make you feel like falling out of bed because lumpy would not recommend this house

Worst place we ever stayed

Retired military so we’ve stayed many places. Beachball Properties definitely missed HOSPITALITY 101. Bob Oakley responded to flying termites saying, “you’re in Alabama, it’s their breeding season and I can’t do anything about Mother Nature”. Photos on website are not as property currently appears, especially the outdoor area. Cleanup of yard and all furniture needs replaced including cornhole boards. Six bath towels for two people for the week. Requested additional and told I had to wash existing towels. Living room area had BO and urine odor. We left on third day… couldn’t deal with it for a week.

Had a few issues upon checking in spoke directly with property management. All issues were resolved within 24 hours . Steve addressed our concerns and never hesitated to resolve them. Good Customer service in a timely matter. Hats off to Steve !

Great location

House is located a block and a half from a great beach. You don't hear the traffic from the main road. As noted, this is a small house. Good for two adults and maybe one child. There is limited storage - we were there for two weeks and left most of our clothes in their original cases we packed. There are no cleaning tools or supplies other than a vacuum. As many others have commented, the owner has an issue with the lawn maintenance. When we arrived we filled a small, grocery sized bag with dog poop (not our dogs! ) and asked when the lawn was going to be mowed. We were told they mow once a week. A week later we were still waiting and contacted the mgt company, sending a picture of weds that were now up to my hip. To their credit, Beachball responded by going and buying a mower and doing the lawn themselves. Overall, a decent house, great location.

Good location

Good location. Close walk to the beach. Good size. Great yard for dog and family hangout. However, the beds were awful. They are extremely uncomfortable so if you plan on staying bring extra comfort support because I contacted them and they didn’t do anything about it. Staying for 5 nights I expected more than a cracker thin mattress. However, if you like extra extra firm then this is your place. Other than the bed issue, I would recommend this place.

Great Gulf Shores location just off 59 and the beach. Nice house with large, fenced backyard for the fur baby and fun options nearby. Missed having a dishwasher.

Best location. Especially for dog owners! Property was clean. The only cons were that the grass was a bit high and horseshoes were missing. These were not deal breakers. You will want to bring basic supplies, but thats to be expected with most properties. 100% will stay again.

Newly renovated cottage in the perfect location to beach, restaurants, etc. very clean and perfect for our dog. The yard was very large and completely gated. I would definitely stay here again!

The house is super cute and very conveniently located to everything, with options for pet friendly places this was overall the best we’ve stayed at. Our only complaint was they should invest in new rugs or get rid of them all together they reeked of dog pee and had what looked like fresh pee on it. we had to roll them up and set the aside. Besides that 10/10 would stay again our kids and dog loved it with the fenced in yard!

Great for our five night stay (Read pros and cons)

Pros: Great location, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach! Comfortable beds, really quiet, (considering it was close to main road). Loved the deck. There were available boogie boards and a beach cart available (wish I had known before I rented my own beach gear prior to arriving) Cons: >No curtains so the (bright) sun woke us up every morning by 5:45 a.m. (There were blinds, but doesn't block the sun). >The grass was very tall (I'm 6'2" and it was to my knees) and we could not use the back yard the first four days (we were excited about having a fenced in yard with our dog). We were there from Monday to Saturday. The grass was cut when we arrived back to the house Thursday night, so it was cut Thursday. >The front gate did not have a latch on it and it would not stay shut well. When we arrived, it was held closed by a trashcan. We had to move the trash cans far from the gate, because they smelled horrible! That meant the gate was almost always open. >There were dead termites in many of the drawers in the house and a couple on the wall. But they were dead at least. (I figured the cleaning fee may have taken care of that prior to our arrival). The Orkin man did show up on Friday to make sure the workers did everything right when they were there to do a treatment. I just know I paid a cleaning fee too, so hopefully the dead termites are gone for the next family. >When they say check-in is at 4 p.m. they mean it. We arrived in Gulf Shores at 11:30 a.m. (due to having to check out of our other house in Mobile). Even though I called, they still would not allow early check in. ***Guess that isn't a con, since it was posted a 4 p.m. check in was non-negotiable.*** >Could not use the cornhole game as I did not have a tool to loosen the legs on one of the boards. (They also were not locked up upon our arrival). >I knew there were pics of a horseshoe posts, but we did not see horseshoes anywhere. (Due to the tall grass, we could not have played until Friday anyway, which was our last night there). In reality, it may seem bad that I put so many cons, however we would stay here again. The house is cute, is decorated nicely, and was very comfortable.

Great until termite infestation

Half way through our trip we came home to hundreds of termites flying and taking resident in the house. I called the maintenance man and he said he was aware and they were going to spray after we checked out. My husband spent every bit of two hours vacuuming up termites flying around in the house. A maintenance man did come after it was mostly taken care of . Someone from the company did reach out (she was awesome!) and did find us another place to stay that was an upgrade from this property. Unfortunately it was around around 11pm that night so we were unable to move until the following morning as a I had a two year old already asleep. She told me she would reach out in the am regarding reimbursement of the situation after speaking with “management”. We were only reimbursed the amount of 1 night stay at this place after experiencing 100s of termites, doing the cleanup ourselves, having to stay there during an infestation (that they admittedly knew about), having to pack up and completely relocate mid vacation and the property “manager” sent an email saying “refund “xxx.xx”. And that was it. No apology, no acknowledging of the situation or even explanation of why the reimbursement was only the cost of 1 night stay. nothing. I would expect more given what we went through and the amount of money we spent choosing this property. Just a disappointing experience in how it was handled by the manager in the end and I will not be using this company again when traveling.

three day getaway

We came in for a condo association meeting and stayed here due to our condo being occupied. Need to remove from site that unit has dishwasher. Window treatment would be nice in living room. Tv's were hard to work, maybe we are not tech savvy? Overall enjoyed our stay - well decorated and yard was great for our Lola.

Very clean and great location

We loved the property and having the fenced in yard for our dog. The house could benefit from a dishwasher and put the microwave on the counter, it was in a bad location. Also, could have benefited from dishcloths n dish detergent since there was no dishwasher. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
