🏖️Sunchase 104, Beach Condo, 1st floor, steps to the beach

  • 2BR/1BA, beach-side condo that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The balcony has a great view of the Gulf of America and is a great place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail listening to the peaceful sounds of the waves. Since this is a low density complex it feels very private. The condo is in the building closest to the beach and on the first floor. Feel free to enjoy the other amenities of the complex including the outdoor pool, hot tub, dedicated beach access, outdoor showers, picnic tables, shared grilling space and all the shops across the street.
    Updated (2024) living room and dining room with all brand new furniture.

    Condo is close to town, only 1.6 miles west of Hwy 59. Parking for one car directly under this first floor condo ($53/veh - 1 MAX). The parking is handled by VRPS and you will register and pay for your vehicle with them online. There are 3 extra parking spots on the side of the building but they are first come first serve.
    Right across the street is a great restaurant The Beach House Kitchen & Cocktails also there is S & S Seafood Market, Island Ice Cream & Treats and a convenience store, beach mart and package store all across the street!

    CLEANING/SUPPLIES

    Cleanliness is a priority for us, so you can enjoy your stay. Our unit is cleaned well between every guest. Every linen is taken off site and laundered between stays. Our cleaners will provide a small amount of each of these items: toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels. Any additional supplies will need to be brought by the guest.

    PLEASE NOTE:
    This is a non smoking and no pet unit.

    The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to prepare meals and there is a stacked washer/dryer combo in the unit.

    CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM.
    CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM.

Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Nice bathroom with large shower. My only complaints are: one roll of the cheapest toilet paper on the planet. Also some places will have some extra stuff like sugar, salt, etc. There wasnt really anything like this laying around. Oh and barely any sliverware.

The bathroom drain is clogged and would fill up with water. They only had 5 big towels and 5 small towels along with 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. The parking was an issue because it was not know that you have to pay for parking so an additional 52 PLUS the condo. The pillows were terrible and they had 1 blanket. The TV would not turn off so I had to unplug it. But it was a nice condo on the beach.

The room was clean, but much smaller than the picture implied. The bathroom was a nice size, clean, and the shower was really nice. However, since this room sleeps six people, another bathroom is much needed. Also, the website portrays an ocean view from the room, but this unit is on the back side, with no ocean view. Also the property is hard to locate from the road because the shrubs cover the sign. We drove past it every time we left and returned back to the condominium.

Our host was extremely responsive prior to check in. When we arrived the condo was just as shown in the pictures. He also provides great information in the condo, along with his contact information in case you need anything.

Condo was very nice. Washer and dryer were a big hit. Very short walk to the beach. Centrally located. Everything we wanted/needed was a short drive. Short walk to The Beach House for great food.

Great Place Right on Beach

We chose this property because it was right on the beach and had a pool. The pool is small but was great for our kids ages 7 and 12 to have a break from the beach. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I would stay again!

Check in and check out was a breeze! Great location grocery store and ice cream in walking distance. Walk to the beach was short and the parking spot beside the stairs was nice.Cons (being picky overall it was fantastic)-ceilng fan in twin bedroom did not work-pool is a bit small and I could see it being overcrowded durring busy season -would have been nice to have more than 1 roll of toilet paper and soap for the bathoom ProsEverything else! We really enjoyed out stay here and would stay again!
