Upon entry to the main floor of Summer’s Point, guests are greeted to the left by sweeping views of the Gulf through the virtual wall of windows which illuminates the open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living room with natural light. Out on the main deck, you will find various seating options as well as stairs down to the beach volleyball court and the private walkway to the beach. To the right, there is a bunk room, a king bedroom, and a bathroom. Upstairs includes a gulf-facing king bedroom with a private deck, a queen-appointed bedroom, and a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom between them. The queen bedroom entrance has its own vanity and commode that can be closed off for even more privacy, creating its own half-bath.

Guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 for the entirety of their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome. RVs and motor homes are not permitted.
