Sandpiper is a low density three story complex. The unique V-shape building and shared common area walkway in front of each condo lends to a friendly "get to know your neighbor" atmosphere. Family reunions, large groups of people traveling together and individual families choose this property year after year. The tropical courtyard, seasonally-heated swimming pool(mid-March through October, as needed) and grilling areas give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own.
