This amazing 3 level property features a seasonally-heated outdoor pool(the pool is generally heated mid-March through October, weather permitting), covered parking, BBQ grills, and an elevator. This location can’t be beat! You will have easy access to all the best that Gulf Shores has to offer, dining, shopping and recreation!

This terrific condo is situated on the street side of the property. While the property sits directly on the beach, and you can walk straight onto the sand from the parking lot, there is no view of the Gulf from this condo's front door. A simple walk down the communal balcony will take you to terrific views of the landscaped pool area and the fabulous Gulf waters!
