Direct Gulf Front Sunsuite on the top floor of the Dunes in GSP. Amazing sunrises and sunsets !!!The Balcony door and double window has direct views of the Gulf of Mexico. The side window faces down the beach where you have spectacular sunsets. In the Dining area you have a window that you can see the Mobile Bay. There’s 6 pools (one is an indoor saltwater pool, one is an outdoor saltwater pool and a kiddie pool), an outdoor hot tub (outdoor hot tub is closed May 15 - September 15), new 11x12 ft indoor saltwater hot tub, Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball Court, Basketball Court, Kiva Dunes Golf Resort located next door is the number one rated Golf Course in Alabama. Beach Chairs and Umbrellas are available to rent during peak seasons.

The property was very clean and had all of the amenities that make for a nice stay. It probably has the best view of the Gulf of any units since it is on the gulf end and on the highest floor. Unloading and loading our luggage was a breeze. I will look to stay at this unit again in the future.

Perfect little getaway.

The property is a little off the beaten trail but in a good way. 15 minutes from anything you just might need, and Anthony is amazing. Super helpful and able to give recommendations for restaurants and things to do, but you’re just going to want to stay on the beach the whole time. Beach was great and the view from the balcony was great. This is perfect for a couple just wanting a few days to themselves, if you’re thinking about booking this, just pull that trigger. We will be staying here again the next time we go to the area.

Very nice view from balcony. Easy access to the beach and many different options for pools. The room is very small but perfect for a small family or couple. Had everything we needed. Very nice property, clean grounds and building, well lit parking lot, nice restaurant (Sassy Brass), easy access to the beach, nice pool, nice lobby. The unit we stayed in had great views from every window. --Needs better grills onsite. --The flooring, wall and baseboards behind and under the bed in our unit was really dirty. Nightstand shelves were very dusty. ---Queen size bed a bit small for 2 adults to sleep confortably.

Get away for our 35th wedding anniversary

My husband and I wanted a beach get away for our 35th wedding anniversary! I ran across this condo and the location, price, and size seemed perfect for what we were looking for. The condo did not disappoint, very clean, well decorated, views of the ocean and bay from every window. The host, Anthony was great to work with and went above what we even expected to make our stay great! Beach was not overcrowded and restaurants were as close or as far as you wanted to travel, all great! Thanks again Anthony, we would definitely book again❤️
