We stayed at this property for 7 nights and all but 3 of our days were interrupted by Poole and Associates. Upon checking in we were almost immediately told that the unit we were staying in had sold and that the new owners requested to do a final walk thru during our stay. While this was an inconvenience we understand and we were compensated 20% for that day. The day after that walk thru we were told by one of the Fish Group maintenance staff that the unit above ours needed “some” work done on the balcony and we were told that it would cause somewhat of a mess on our balcony however we were ensured that it would all be cleaned up end of day. He stated the balcony above ours that needed repaired was that of the one of the HOA board members so that when he requested something be done it needed to be addressed. Again an inconvenience, but we were again understanding of the situation. When we came back from the beach that day we returned to a mess on the balcony consisting of nails and a hammer among the debris. We sent a message to Poole and Associates after we cleaned up the mess requesting the work be completed upon our departure. That text was ignored and work began again the next morning by 8-8:30 am. On day 3 of the project upon expressing our frustration we were told the manger would contact us, however that never happened. Booked this unit for the balcony and view, but our view consisted of workers and an unusable balcony. VERY DISSATISFIED!
