— THE SPACE —
Step through the front door and straight into the ultimate gathering place. Walls of windows frame the Gulf like a living painting. The open-concept living and kitchen area is where your crew will spend most of their time — and they won't want to leave. We're talking a giant sectional sofa, a 75" Sony 4K Smart TV with YouTube TV, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and a chef-worthy kitchen loaded with quartz countertops, two full-size refrigerators, an under-counter ice machine, and everything you need to cook big group meals in style. Dining table seats your whole crew. The good times practically organize themselves.

— BEDROOMS & SLEEPING —
5 bedrooms, 3 baths, sleeping up to 16 — and every room has a story.

On the east side of the home, you'll find two private ensuite primary bedrooms. The first is beachfront, with French doors that open directly onto the deck — wake up, step outside, and breathe in the Gulf before you've even had your coffee. The second primary ensuite sits just across the hall, offering comfort and privacy without the beachfront exposure.

On the west side, a beachfront bunk room with its own French doors to the deck is a perennial guest favorite — Gulf views, sea breeze, and that sound of the waves all night. Also on this side: a comfortable guest bedroom and a shared hall bathroom.

Tucked above it all is the loft — reached by a spiral staircase in the kitchen, with 4 built-in twin beds and elevated views of the beach and Gulf. Kids claim it immediately. Adults quietly wish they could too.

All bedrooms have 55" Smart TVs with YouTube TV, plus easy login for your own private accounts for Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and more.

— OUTDOOR LIVING —
This is where The Salty Pelican Tuex truly shines.

The expansive beachfront deck is your outdoor living room — breezy, sun-soaked, and built for doing absolutely nothing productive. And now, right there on the deck overlooking the Gulf, you'll find your private pool. Added in March 2025, it's the newest feature of the house and already one of the most loved. Unheated and ready for a dip, it's the perfect spot to cool off between beach sessions while never losing sight of those Gulf views. There is simply no better backdrop for a pool day.

When you're ready to hit the sand, take your private steps directly down to the beach — your beach. Shell hunt, beachcomb for sea glass and driftwood, try your hand at shore fishing or evening crabbing. Watch dolphins ride the surf. Spot brown pelicans flying in low formation, blue herons picking along the shoreline, and seagulls doing what seagulls do. And if you time it right, you may catch the Blue Angels practicing maneuvers directly overhead — a jaw-dropping bonus that never gets old.

Fire up the charcoal grill for a cookout under the open sky. Beach chairs and beach toys are provided so you can pack lighter. Sunrises from this deck are spectacular. Sunsets are even better. And after dark, the stargazing out here is the kind that makes you feel small in the best possible way.

The Fort Morgan Peninsula is one of the Gulf Coast's best-kept secrets — peaceful, natural, and surrounded by water on both sides (Gulf of Mexico and Mobile Bay). You're approximately 15 miles from Gulf Shores, where you'll find excellent dining, water sports rentals, world-class golf, shopping, and entertainment. Close enough for a great night out. Far enough that your beach feels like it belongs only to you.
