Perched on the 11th floor enjoy unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico from the Master Bedroom and Living Room. Incredible sunset views appear from enormous, westward facing windows in the Living and Dining areas. The views from the Guest Bedroom appear through floor to ceiling glass doors allowing the beauty of Little Lagoon to the North and West greet your eyes as you awake. Relax on two private balconies. Pick your view south, west, or north!

The interior welcomes you with custom crafted wainscoting in the entry and hallway area. New wood plank ceramic tile throughout the unit adds beauty and keeps the air free of issues related to musty carpets. An eye pleasing color palate was selected for the living area complimenting the new sleeper-sofa and recliner. Relax after a long day at the beach in front of the big-screen 65" UHD smart TV. Dish Network and local channels are available, or perhaps choose to watch a Blu-Ray DVD. The included Wi-Fi internet service is fast enough to allow the TV or your computer to stream your favorite media. A sound bar is available for use with the TV or stream music to it directly from your smart device using Bluetooth.

Modern stainless-steel appliances in the fully stocked kitchen alongside beautiful quartz countertops and remodeled cabinetry bring a feeling of luxury to the beach. Brew your favorite coffee in a convenient Keurig or Drip coffee maker and enjoy it viewing the Gulf at the table in the dining area.

At the end of the day retire to the primary or guest bedrooms. The primary now has a 55" smart TV. Each bedroom is equipped with its own UHD smart TV, Blu-Ray DVD player. Charge your smart device, listen to your playlist, or just see what time it is using one of the "Cubie Blue" devices provided at bedside. Both bedrooms have adjoining, newly remodeled, full bathrooms with chair-height toilets and hair dryers in each.

Amenities include a full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room, ironing board and iron, pack and play for the little ones, great water pressure, bountiful hot water for showers and clothes washing from the brand-new 55 gallon water heater, new shower heads, new plumbing fixtures throughout, great AC, bountiful storage for all your items in large bedroom closets, a pantry adjacent to the kitchen for all your groceries, 3 remote controlled ceiling fans, ample patio furniture for both balconies, trash chute adjacent to the elevators, a vacuum cleaner, and a few we probably forgot to list!

Parking permits required; 2 Max permitted. Armband required for Amenities also ($3/per person).

Beginning April 1, 2025, paid parking will be collected directly by the condominium association upon your arrival at the complex. Acceptable forms of payment will be by card only. Cash payments will not be accepted. There is a maximum of 2 vehicles. Policy is strictly enforced. Please see below parking rate table per vehicle for your reservation. We will provide a link to prepay.

Parking Fees:

Here's how parking fees will be applied based on how long you're staying:

Regular Season (March - October):
-Days 1-3: $20.00 per day
-Days 4-7: Free
-Day 8 and beyond: $5.00 per day

Slow Season (November - March):
-Capped at $60 for your entire stay (ie for a monthly stay).
