Guest Access:

Rental Requirements

Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent a unit unless the renter is married and the married couple will be occupying the unit during the rental period.

There is a minimum rental stay of 3 consecutive days.



Other Things to Note:

Pier & Boat Slip Rules

Use of the pier is at your own risk. Lagoon Tower is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

The pier includes the full structure extending into Little Lagoon, including the boat slips.

Boat slips are available on a first come, first served basis and may not be reserved or held.

Boat slips may only be used while the owner, guest, or renter is actively staying at Lagoon Tower.

Boats may remain in a boat slip for a maximum of 14 days. After a dockage period ends, the boat must remain out of all slips for at least 3 days before using a slip again.

All boats must be removed from the slips in the event of inclement weather.

Boats may only be tied to designated boat slips and may not be tied to any other part of the pier.

Jet skis and personal watercraft are considered boats under these rules.

For safety, jumping or diving from the pier is prohibited due to shallow water. Rough play, loud behavior, or use of the pier while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not allowed.

The fishing station is for fishing use only. Sitting or standing on the fishing station is prohibited.

Any damage to the pier is the responsibility of the boat owner and/or the person responsible for docking the boat.

All boats using the pier must carry liability insurance with minimum coverage of $300,000. Proof of insurance must be available upon request.

Pool Rules



Pool hours are 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Use of the pools and pool areas is at your own risk. Lagoon Tower is not responsible for accidents, injuries, lost items, or damage to personal property.

Children 12 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the pool areas.

Guests are responsible for the behavior of everyone in their party.

Rough play, running, or disruptive behavior is not permitted in or around the pools.

Glass containers of any kind are not allowed in the pool areas. This includes drinking glasses, wine glasses, bottles, and other glassware.

Tents, canopies, umbrellas, and personal furniture are not permitted in the pool areas.

For safety, please do not prop open pool doors or gates.

Anyone with an apparent communicable illness should not use the pools.
