Welcome to Summer House West, located in West Beach, Gulf Shores! The complex is nestled between Little Lagoon and The Gulf of Mexico.
This 2 BR / 2.5 BA condo is the best of both worlds! We sit directly on Little Lagoon and across the street (100 yards) from the Gulf of Mexico. It's like two vacations in one! Walk across the street for the waves and surf of the white sand beaches or spend the day fishing, boating, lounging on Little Lagoon. As a guest mentioned, the walk to the beach is shorter than some high rise condos directly on the beach! Condo comfortably houses 6 guests.

This condo is a townhouse (1,300 square feet) with the bedrooms (2) on the second floor, both with full bathrooms and their own balconies (master balcony overlooks the lagoon, 2nd bedroom balcony has view of the Gulf of Mexico). Condo has 3 private balconies in all.
The main floor has the kitchen, pantry, half-bath, laundry, dining room that seats 6, and living room with two sofas, 42 inch smart TV, and balcony that overlooks Little Lagoon! The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the appliances, cookware and dishes you will need to prepare meals during your vacation. There are also charcoal grills for your use.
The complex has a swimming pool, private beach access (100 yards from condo, across a non busy street), a fishing pier, and a fish cleaning station, gazebo with grilling area, charcoal grills and picnic tables. There is free covered parking for two cars, as well as additional guest spaces.
Guests have access to owner's closet in carport to use (beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, floats, beach cart) and store personal gear (beach, fishing, or other).
Summer House West is a small, quaint complex with a total of 32 units. It has 3 buildings and our unit is in the back building directly on Little Lagoon!
*Please note as this is a small complex, there is no elevator, only stairs. Our condo entrance is on the second floor.
Located in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, Summer House West is 3.5 miles from the heart of Gulf Shores--The Hangout and the "T" and a 15-minute drive to the Orange Beach area.
Gorgeous Little Lagoon Pass is just a 0.5 mile away!
We are close enough for convenience, but far enough for getting away from it all!
