Upstairs, you'll find both bedrooms along with the full bathroom. The primary bedroom offers a comfortable king bed, while the second bedroom features a cozy queen bed, providing plenty of space for up to four guests to unwind after a day at the beach.

• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
House rules
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• Pet Policy: A maximum of 1 dog per stay is allowed, with a maximum weight of 30 lbs, for a $40 plus tax pet fee.
• NO SMOKING in the house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
