Good property, only downfall was the elevator as it seemed to need some renovation. It was kind of jerking and took a second to settle at the end of the lift or lower.

Great location and decent place to stay.

The house was in good shape but the TV and cable wasn’t even starting. Internet was very slow, might be the cheapest internet service.Dryer wasn’t dry cloths proper, it would only tumble dry no matter what you select.Pool need a lot of cleaning, there wasn’t much dirt in the pool but the water wasn’t clear.Everything other than that was great, we had great time, would stay here again if above problems are fixed.Beach view was mesmerizing and the unit was in very good shape other than the things mentioned above.

Great condo

There were 7 of us and plenty of room. Loved the small size of the complex. Easy parking for loading and unloading. Easy check in and check out process. Loved the separate ice maker. Only complaint was cofee maker had to be plugged in and unplugged to turn off and on because power button was broken and no sheets or blanket for sofa bed were found but overall great condo.

Perfect view & beach access! The ice maker was a plus! There is an area of railing outside with ratchet straps on it which was a bit scary with kids & the elevator permit was expired. Regarless great place!

Amazing Unit in a great location.

I’ve stayed in dozens of beach condos over the years and this was the absolute best one. The Condo is huge! With three adults and a child, it was more home than we needed but it was nice to have the extra space. Three families (with small children) could easily stay there comfortably. The balcony was so nice and the views are even better. The Unit was beyond clean. The bathtubs sparked! The linens and mattresses were top notch. I was impressed considering it was a rental property. Check-in and Check-out was easy peasy. The Unit entrance is directly in front of the elevator which makes it easy to get in and out. Since there are only 14 units, elevator waits are short if at all. That’s a major downside to staying in a high rise. The location is great. You’re mere blocks up to two miles from all the hotspots. All in all we had an amazing experience. I would definitely stay there again. P.S. the ice machine was a major plus!

Absolutely loved this spot!!!! Condo has 14 units so no busy waiting for elevator Access to beach was fabulous Pool and grill area was like having your own private oasis Any issues were immediately handled!!!! Loved watching the dolphins do their morning laps from the ocean front balcony

Beyond our expectations

This was our first time staying at Casa Del Sol and it was amazing. The condo is very spacious and the balcony was huge. Working with the management was excellent. They were in contact with me thru text messages the whole time I was there. Whenever I called about a question they were wonderful to speak with. I will be definitely staying here again.

Hidden Gem

We have stayed in Gulf Shores about 6 times. This has hit every check box we could ever ask for and then some. Close to the downtown area, food, entertainment and stores with in walking distance. The condo setup was perfect for the seven of us and was updated better than the pictures show. We are booking another with our whole family for next year.

Convenient and spacious!

We loved our stay at casa del sol. It was right on the beach with a pool right below us. Very close to several restaurants. We had a little trouble with the TVs and we found things left behind by prior clients as well by the cleaning crew. The outside porch light and above kitchen sink light did not work. However, none of these things hindered us from having a good time and sleeping well! We will be back!

My Stay

This property was ok. The proximity to the beach was great. The pool was not clean the entire visit. I felt like the towels, wash cloths were the very bare necessity, the living room furniture is not clean. If I come here again would try another cpndp in the building.

Suitable for a quick trip & great location in Gulf Shores

Basic needs were met besides not having1 single hand soap or bar of soap in entire condo, there is 1 single dish towel for the entire kitchen and we could not figure out how to turn the back bedroom fan on. Took us 2 days of messing with it but could not get anyone to help out after reaching out 5 times. We thought it was broken but finally figured out how to turn it on. Besides those minor inconveniences it was fine.

Our family had a wonderful time at your condo. It was just what we needed for our getaway. The weather was beautiful and the condo was great. Everything was great, except wifi

Only complaint is that the internet speed was about 1-2 Mb/s, which isn't really enough to stream video. Not a dealbreaker, but would have loved to have been able to catch up on my shows on the balcony on my iPad in the evenings. Check in process was fabulous...probably the best I've ever experienced. Location was great, beach was gorgeous, unit was spacious and clean. Overall a wonderful experience.
