Condo was clean and as described in the listing. Check in was seamless. Check out instructions were minimal. We stay at Seawind frequently because my little kids love the kids' pool, and this condo was one of the best ones we have rented in the building.

Room was exactly as described very clean very nice. Having to wait so long for the elevator was the only problem. Lots of ppl with only 2 elevators. Would help to put key pad on door to access stairs from outside.

Perfect Location!!

We stayed at the Seawind property for the 2nd time and both times were excellent. We chose this property due to the location and the kiddie pool for the grandkids. Highly recommend staying at the Seawind.

Property was clean. Beach location was good. Activities and restaurants close by. As other reviews have mentioned, the building only has two elevators. If you don’t like to walk up stairs, you will have to endure lengthy waits for these elevators on most trips. This 3 bedroom unit also only included one parking pass. If you need another one, you have to pay extra for it. I personally don’t like the unexpected costs. But, If you don’t mind the extra 67 parking pass or waiting on elevators this is a solid unit.

We had such a great stay at this condo. The only thing that was a problem at all was the door stopper wouldn't stay up and had tape on it when we arrived that wouldn't stay up. We bought more tape but it didn't really do the trick. Otherwise, everything was great

Great location! Right on the beach! Very clean property. 4th floor made it easy to take the stairs or elevator. Check in and checkout was onsite and very easy! Definitely would stay here again!

Wonderful condo & vacation!

This was the nicest condo we have ever stayed in while vacationing in Gulf Shores. The location on the 4th floor is perfect for us to take the steps instead of the elevator. The location in Gulf Shores makes it easy to walk to many restaurants. Communications and checking/out with Liquid Life Vacations was VERY easy.

Great location- bring extras!

Wonderful location and property… we had 6 adults and it was perfect. Please note, you only get a starter pack of the basics, you will need toiletries, paper towels, and basic condiments.

Great View, Nice Condo

Thi condo was spacious enough for 6 and the view of the ocean right out our LR and MBR was spectacular. The beach was great and everything was close. Our 1 and 2 grandkids and all of us spent a lot of time on the balcony. Other than a couple minor issues, the unit was great.

We had a blast here! The only issue was the elevators. I can’t imagine staying at the busiest part of the season. We were able to walk up but staying any higher than the 4th floor would have terrible.

Enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed the rooms but some of the pictures didn’t show the same furniture and the angle of the bunk room made it seem larger. I think it would be great if check out time was at least till 11. It’s hard getting everything ready and to the cars when so many people are checking out.

Room was the first by the elevator. Other than 7am and and 8pm it wasn’t that loud. The ice maker in the room is probably more annoying than noise outside the room. It was a clean property, it was just as listed. We enjoyed our stay there alot. Property managers were in constant contact which we enjoyed.

Vacation

Our stay was very good, the only things we could say was there were only two elevators to accommodate 20 floors, which meant that you could be waiting 10-15 minutes on one, on the day we were checking out my husband had to wait 20 minutes as he had a cart, also if I was about an inch shorter I would needed a steps to get into and out of bed, as both beds had the very deep mattresses, which they didn’t consider shorter or disabled people

Straights vacation

Overall the property was very nice, didn’t enjoy the elevators often having to wait 20 minutes but thankfully we were on the 4 th floor so taking the stairs was an option we often used! The check in process was a little irritating just because the property was ready at the exact check in time but we only had to wait about 30-45 minutes
