We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The place was spotless upon arrivalā€”very clean and well-maintained. Everything was just as described, and you could tell a lot of care goes into keeping it nice for guests. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Charles is great and is great at responding quickly. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. Weā€™ll definitely be coming back!

Place was Great, short walk to the gulf, Lagoon beach and the pool are perfect if you need a break from Gulf Beach.Very clean and communication with owner was great as well. Highly recommended.

This house was perfect for our family getaway! There were 19 of us and we had everything we needed. Plenty of room to spread out and everyone loved it. With so many of us, we had planned ahead and came prepared to cook every meal and this kitchen has everything we needed. The dual stoves, refrigerators, and dishwashers were so helpful and we loved the outdoor cooking area. Top end appliances and beautiful decor throughout the house. Having an elevator was a major plus! The beach access was challenging for my 82 year old mother but being directly on the lagoon made up for it. Beautiful views from every room in this house. I just canā€™t say enough great things about it. We loved it and hope to return again in the future!

We stayed at this lovely property with family to celebrate a 70th birthday. The house was perfect for our family of 12! The elevator was a lifesaver with luggage and groceries!Charles was always helpful answering any questions that I had promptly. We all had a great time and highly recommend this property. Just one suggestion to future vacationers, donā€™t order from Amazon. We left for home still expecting an order that was 4 days overdue from the delivery date. Thank you Charles for having such a wonderful property!!

We enjoyed this house for a second summer in a row. The lagoon and pool access are the best parts of this home. We love watching the kids play from the living room. The kitchen is super well equipped and having a gas grill is an awesome addition. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are all beautifully decorated. We LOVE this home! Charles is an excellent host!

If you want to have an excellent vacation experience this is the place! We stayed here with our 4 adult children, their spouses, our grandkids and close family friends. We had a fabulous week! The house accomodations were outstanding with enough private bedroom suites. Each adult couple had their own comfortable suit with king size beds. The grands loved their bunkroom. The bedroom suites each had a fullsize TV and fabulous showers. The main area was more than adequate to accomodate everyone in the mornings and evenings. The kitchen was made for large groups with the ability to prepare meals. We prefered to eat in rather than deal with a large group at a restaurant. We all chipped in and arranged for a private chef to stay with us. She was definitely impressed with the kitchen accomodations and was able to prepare full meals without any problem. (all the available cookware and utensils were present)We originally thought the pool might be a little small but the grands had so much fun splasing around. the beach access was close enough that we walked to it almost every day. Without hesitation we all agreed that this was the best VRBO any of us had ever used. Don't wait to make your reservation!

This home has it all, and then some. Very clean and well appointed home. Furnishings and bedding are exquisite. The location of home lends itself to a peaceful and tranquil vacation. Beach is literally across street. We enjoyed the tranquilness and view of lagoon. Kids can stay upstairs in their own living space. Linens were plentiful and kitchen had every imaginable gadget. We stayed mid-May, pool did not need to be heated. Owner very communicative prior to stay, easy check in. Had zero issues for our stay. Will definitely stay again.

This property is everything it was listed to be and more. The house is absolutely breathtaking and very clean. The view of the lagoon from the balcony is second to none and every bedroom had a beautiful view right out the window. This house was exactly what we needed for our stay in Orange Beach!

This is my second time staying at this property. The first trip was with my family and I knew this would be a fantastic place for a girl's trip. Just like my previous experience at this rental, the owner was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Everyone in my group thoroughly enjoyed having their own room with private bathroom. Having the lagoon in the backyard was fabulous especially when the wind was blowing out of the south. We paid for pool heat which was great since the gulf waters were still a little too cold for us. We had such a great time and loved the property that we are already planning a return trip next year! Highly recommend this property for a family or friends beach vacation!

We had 28 of us. My husband and I , our 5 kids and 5 spouses, and 16 grandchildren. They all loved it! They loved to go fishing in the lagoon and wave surfing in the Gulf! Had an incredible weekend in Gulf Shores. Accommodations were excellent and location was quiet but stores easily accessible. Kitchen completely stocked and loved having two refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers. We did a lot of cooking! Everyone had a bed and the gathering space was big enough for games, guitars, and lots of laughs! Thanks!

Excellent house and location. Easy to find with the sign at the end of the driveway. Very spacious with great view of the lagoon. Can also see the gulf from the corner of the balcony and south side rooms. Access to the gulf beach is convenient right across the street. The kids loved the top floor and the pool. The owner had really good communication and took the time to ensure we had a great week.

There were 12 of us, adult friends and family, who made our first trips to the coast of Alabama. the house is beautifully decorated and perfect for folks who ALL want their own bathroom. We spent a lot of time on the back deck. Bring your own shampoo - none there.

We had a fantastic time. Eventide was so nice and equipped with everything you needed and in good condition. Found plenty to do for our group of 21. Can not stress how important it was to have two refrigerators, stoves and dishwashers. Plan to visit again.
