'SEAWALKER" Catalina 610 is a gorgeous 3 bedroom/3 bath corner unit with a huge wrap around balcony to enjoy a DIRECT GULF VIEW of the wide open sugar white sand beaches of The Beach Club Gulf Shores. New balcony chairs are waiting for you to watch the sunrise, enjoy reading in the afternoon while the babies nap, or reflect on the day as the sun goes down. There is a full size coffee pot as well as a single serve Keurig to brew your favorite drink to wake you up or help you unwind.

Step inside and relax in this completely remodeled condo with an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The living room features an incredible corner beach view to enjoy from the comfy couch or love seat which both have recliners! Kitchen with unique leathered finish quartzite counters and all new appliances is fully stocked with all the tools you need to cook, mix, bake, blend, toast, slow cook, boil, steam, and whip up a meal for the family. Plenty of seating for those family meals with a farmhouse style table and extra seating at the bar. A high chair is also included in the unit for your convenience when traveling with little ones!

When it’s time for bed, the roomy master suite and guest suite both welcome you with a king bed and fresh white linens. Since both bedrooms have a king bed and private bath, this is the perfect set up for a family traveling with grandparents, two families traveling together, or when your kids want to bring a friend along! The master bedroom has access to the front balcony and the guest room has a private balcony that overlooks Mobile Bay.

For the young, or just the young at heart, we welcome you to the Star Wars room! The Rebels have acquired an AT-AT Walker. General Leia Organa has decided to keep the AT-AT Walker here for research and training purposes. We have adapted this AT-AT Walker to use as a twin over full bunk bed. There are also built in bunks in this room for Podtime! These bunks are approx. 2 feet wide and similar to bunks on a motor home but are the length of a twin xl or king bed so there is plenty of room for a tall teen to stretch out. Comforters are washed and fresh for each guest. Your kids will love bedtime at the beach on this vacation and will talk about this trip for years to come! Star Wars fans, don’t miss out on the chance to enjoy a unique, custom Star Wars room and a beach vacation at the same time!

There is also a full size portable baby bed (pack and play) available in the unit for your convenience (bring your own sheets for the pack and play please).

Due to the special features of the Star Wars beds, we ask that no food or drinks be brought into this bedroom. An additional cleaning charge will apply if food crumbs/debris or drink spills and stains are found in this room. Please help us keep this room as a special feature for other guests and our own children to enjoy for years to come.

The counters in the kitchen and baths are natural stone. Please do not use cleaners with bleach on them or use finger nail polish or remover around them. If wine, spaghetti or pizza sauce, etc. gets on the counter, please clean up as soon as possible in order to avoid a stain. Warm soapy water should be sufficient.

As a guest in this condo, you will have access to the four sparkling pools with hot tubs at the foot of each of the four towers, three boardwalks with showers that lead to the sugar sand beach and Gulf of Mexico, playground, and basketball court. You may patron the final casual dining restaurant with full bar at the clubhouse as well as the salon spa at the clubhouse. Visit the souvenir shop, ice cream shop, sports bar and grill, and coffee bar near the entrance of the resort. You may choose to indulge and enjoy the Clubhouse private amenities. The owner is a member of the clubhouse, so with a daily fee, you and your entire party may enjoy the private amenities which include a state of the art fitness center, elegant indoor pool with Gulf views, a game room with free games, luxurious ladies & gentlemen separate locker rooms with saunas, and outdoor pool with a Tiki Bar and Grill, children’s activities, and access to the tennis courts! The fee is approx. $45 per day which covers everyone in your party, but is based on the number of days used. This fee is paid in person at the club desk. Without this fee, you still have access to the four pools with hot tubs at no additional costs.

Two loungers and an umbrella rental is available for approximately $40.00 per day, at this time, but the clubhouse sets the rates. You may bring your own beach chairs and canopies, but there are designated areas for placement and they must be removed each night. Para-sailing and other beach activities are available through the clubhouse and are offered seasonally when weather permits. Some dining options, food trucks, and activities are only offered seasonally.

The condo amenities include WiFi, 4 Smart TVs with DVD players, full size appliances, and a washer/dryer. There are 2 king beds, 1 full bed, 1 full size twin bed, and 2 built in bunks that are twin xl length. There is a modest supply of bath linens and a “one day” supply of basic kitchen and bath amenities/toiletries. Please bring your beach towels, food, disposable paper goods, extra trash bags (14.5 gallon for the kitchen can), and detergents for the clothes washer & dishwasher.

The reference to Luke Skywalker in the name of our condo reminds us of the constant battle of good and evil in the world. The Seawalker refers to Jesus, the one who walked on water and called Peter out of the boat to join him. Peter left the boat and walked on the water toward Jesus but when his attention left Jesus and he was distracted by the winds around him, his faith became weak and he began to sink in the water. As he cried out for help, he looked to Jesus and his focus was back where it should be. Jesus took Peter by the hand, they got into the boat, and the winds stopped. Jesus performed many miracles during his time on earth in order to show that He is the Chosen One sent with all power and authority from God the Father. He came to seek and to save the lost and showed us through His life and his death that there is only one way to eternal life and heaven and that is through Jesus Christ. John 3:16-17 tells us, “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life.
