You will absolutely love the Sandpiper, Unit 1144RCC! This newly updated two bedroom two bath condo in Gulf Shores Plantation's newer and updated Resort Conference Center offers first floor convenience, multiple swimming pools, tennis courts, boardwalks, putting green, hot tubs, and much, much more for groups of up to 6 guests.

Owners freshly painted their unit this year, upgraded the furnishing and linens and beautifully decorated. Brand new sofa and loveseat are so comfortable. The porch off the living area makes a lovely spot to enjoy morning coffee and listen to the waves. It has sturdy resin chairs and table and looks out over the landscaped grounds toward the beachside pool. While the Gulf is not directly visible from the unit, it is only a short walk to the pool and beach where you will enjoy the white sandy beaches.

Just a short drive from Gulf Shores, the expansive beach is sugar white and waiting for you! Next door to Kiva Dunes Golf Course and only minutes from restaurants, fishing and historic Ft. Morgan.

This unit it is convenient for those who have difficulty with stairs or who do not want to wait on the elevator. Another plus, this is an end unit. It is a quick in and out without having to navigate a long hall. It is a fast and easy trip out the gate to the pool, laundry or parking area.

For nature lovers the Bon Secour National Wildlife Preserve is minutes away. They have several hiking trails and guided walking tours. Bird watching is a favorite pastime of visitors to the area as well.

Beautiful, accommodations for every age group. The pool and hot tub beside our room. The had a shared indoor pool for it you were burnt and wanted to get out of the sun. Beach was just a walk away.

The condo was very nice. The communication was great. There are plenty of beach chairs and beach toys provided. The only downside was the smoking area of the building shared a wall with this condo. Not a big deal, but we could smell smoke occasionally.

We greatly enjoyed our stay and proximity to the beach. It would be helpful if we could connect the secondary bedroom’s smart tv to internet to access the smart tv features, but we really enjoyed our stay overall.

Thoroughly pleased

I was thoroughly pleased with my week stay at this location. Parking was close to the unit, the unit was close to laundry, pools, and hot tub. It’s the first door once you enter the hall corridor and we found this immensely helpful and never had issues with noise from others coming and going. The property is beautiful and well maintained and the landscaping reminded me of a tropical resort. The unit was also well stocked with necessities such as dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, and toilet paper which was another bonus. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards were some of our favorites that we used daily. The beautiful boardwalk to the beach was easy to traverse and short enough to not be a hassle to return to the unit for forgotten items needed on the beach. We had a couple vendors come during our stay and they had no issues with getting through the security stop or parking for the brief time they were there. I would definitely recommend Sandcastle University for an enjoyable hour learning to built amazing sandcastles. My whole family enjoyed this as did others watching on the beach near us. I’ll definitely plan to return to this exact unit in the near future. Martha was easy to work with and responded promptly to any communications we exchanged.

We had such a great time at this property. Everything provided was perfect (i.e. kitchen supplies, towels, toys, beach chairs). I was even impressed with the amount of hooks to hang wet towels, etc. I would definitely book this place again!

Nice place close to beach!

We loved the location - just a short walk to the beach. We drove into Gulf Shores (20-30min drive) a few times but otherwise enjoyed the pools and beach mostly. We came end of March so we used the indoor pool as the outdoor pool was just a little too cold still for our kids. We were grateful for the beach chairs and items available to use.

Great vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit! The ground floor access to the pool and parking lot were wonderful with a little one and lots of things to carry in and out to the beach! The unit was well stocked and had everything we needed. Being right by the door, there was minimal noise and still felt very private. Very short walk to the beach and the pool is right out the door. We had a wonderful, relaxing time!
