The complex underwent a major renovation in the spring 2021 after Hurricane Sally with updated Sunbrella deck furniture for enhanced relaxation while at the pool, resurfaced pool deck and tennis courts, a new seawall, new outdoor grills, and both bathrooms at the pool level have been completely renovated and made family friendly with changing tables, new tile, cabinets and lighting. Now the adults can really enjoy happy hour in the hot tub after a challenging game of tennis or a long day at the beach.

You will be "wowed" by the breathtaking views as you relax on your private balcony facing the pool and the serene lagoon, or take a few steps out the front door to relax on the whitest beaches in the world. With your private beach access your sunsets will be as good as your sunrises!

If fishing is your game you will find the best of both worlds. You have fresh water pier fishing in Little Lagoon where you will find two newly resurfaced private piers, the fishing pier has flow through decking with underwater lighting to see the fish and crabs below. New gazebos and cleaning stations have been added. Cast net fishing is an every day event at this amazing complex. Kids love finding critters and exploring in the lagoon or hand feeding our resident pelican! You may prefer surf fishing on beach side or deep sea fishing which is just minutes away.

You will also find a private boat launch to the Little Lagoon lake (feel free to bring your boat or personal watercraft for a one time resort fee of $25.00 per watercraft trailer), The most beautiful landscaped pool area and pool on West Beach, two brand new piers, NEW barbeque grills and two great lighted areas to cook out, two lighted tennis courts, pickle ball, shuffle board, and so much more.
