The living room has a pleasant leather suite, a lounger and tasteful furniture adapted to the room. A big TV, a stereo system and a selection of board games are provided. There is a directly adjoining kitchen-diner with a lovely dining corner with a view of the town, which can be separated from the rest of the room by a sliding glass wall. The floor and the worktop in the kitchen are in high-quality granite with harmonious colours. Cooking will be fun in the modern kitchen, comprising crockery and all cooking utensils, a four-ring hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. A little hallway with the entrance area to the apartment leads to the lovely designer bathroom and the bedroom. The bathroom comprises a washbasin with a big mirror, a generous bath, a pleasant rainforest shower with various functions and a WC. Exclusivity, design and a fabulous view are reflected here. A hairdryer and an integrated radio system are provided. The big bedroom with an adjoining dressing area is very cosy. Different lighting can change the mood of the space.
