'We booked a deluxe room for 3 people only to get there for the receptionist to tell us they only had a double room in the basement and there was no manager so they couldn’t do anything about it. Even after messaging the manager I never got a reply. The sauna was also out of order.'

'Very clean and nice looking smallish hotel. Wasn't where I expected as was a little way out of the main town of Stepantsminda (3 or 4 km i think), but that is my mistake. Still the location is amazing in a beautiful valley and on the road to Juta which is fantastic and well worth a visit (recommended by reception).
