'We had a lovely stay. The landhouse is located on a tiny unpaved road, which adds to the experience, and on a small hilltop. The views on the beautiful Umbrian landscape are almost 360 degrees. It is very quiet in the positive sense. The sky is dark at night, I could see the milkyway. The garden is huge, as is the pool. We particularly loved the surrounding vineyards and sunflower fields. 'We really liked our stay - it already started from the moment we booked the house and our communication with the owners. The house is lovely decorated and has a beautiful garden and swimmingpool. We also enjoyed the surroundings- specifically Orvieto is fantastic but we also travelled to Rome by car.'

'i spent 3 weeks in the property, and all i can say is how fantastic it was, everything from the location, to the way that i was welcomed by Alberto and Karen. They both were so helpful and informative of the area,and really made my stay a pleasure. Although they live on site it really did not impact my privacy as they were both so cautious not to impact the holiday. 'This was a great property for extended family. Lots of interesting places within an our and also some authentic Italian villages to explore nearby. The local pizzeria was very good and not expensive. Priests and her partner were very helpful and looked after us well. A very relaxing holiday but very hot in Augusta’s one downside is no air conditioning. '

'A neat and comfortable house with everything you need for a lovely vacation. The pool was a blessing in the hot weather. The air conditioning was wonderful on the hottest days. Every bedroom had a bathroom. Linen was super clean and towels were changed weekly. Mila was the Most wonderful liaison, giving us wonderful tips and guidance. The kitchens and fridges were great for keeping all the groceries fresh. Would recommend this wonderful place for amazing local scenery and access to Todi. ...

'We zijn hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar zelf. Koele drankjes lagen klaar als welkoms cadeautje. We hebben genoten van de luxe en de rust van dit typische oud Italiaans huis/boerderij. Dagelijks wordt de tuin en zwembad onderhouden. Bij vragen reageert de eigenaar super snel. Bij vertrek kregen we nog een leuk aandenken van het huis mee.Super attent! Echt een aanrader. '
