'In overall it was a good experience. Couple notes:
1 - when I ordered pizza in room service, they brought just a pizza in the box, no plates for 3 of us.
2 - When we came to the swiming pool at 4:30pm, the stuff- lady said that it will be closed at 5pm. However, we left at 6pm and pool was still open with many kids, parents and personal still at the pool. Not sure if this lady was new to this hotel??'

'We had a nice little stay, used the waterpark and pool for a couple of hours, had a bbq sausage sizzle, played on the flying fox and saw a koala. Staff were friendly enough. Cafe prices seemed a bit high. Parking was a bit tight if you have a medium to large car.'

'Staff and other people in the building were really helpful and friendly. Adult bedroom SAS great, and the bed was comfortable. The kids room was cramped, and the beds were uncomfortable. Overall the place is looking pretty tired, think the photos need to be updated.

'Nice new(ish) hotel. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in a long time. Has so much potential but feel few main things that let it down
1) Lack of parking. Whilst can pay for parking spots are very limited. We were unable to get one and had to do laps around area to find parks. Its untimed on weekends but 4hrs weekdays.
2) Breakfast options were very limited. was a cabinet of savouries and cakes that didn't seem overly fresh. Given it's on outskirt of Southport (and parking...

'This hotel was in a great location for us. So close to public transport, shops and Restaurants. We were greeted by a friendly cheery young lady at reception. The room was very clean and bed comfortable. We were kept well supplied with toiletries, but unfortunately milk was not replenished so only had the one coffee during our 3 night stay. Air con worked well.It was great to be able to wash and dry our clothes in the laundry at no extra cost.'
