'We were not expecting this place to be as great as it is. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurants were unexpectedly good with great food and views of the mountain. The onsen was a great experience. Just be prepared to have your Western views about nudity challenged (the onsen is nude only. No bathing suits allowed). Just one thing, the staff will tell you the in-suite onsen takes 20-ish minutes to cool down to a temperature that won't scald you. It was closer to an hour. '

'The staff were attentive and could communicate well in English. They showed us the room and provided clear explanations. I appreciated the pillow menu, which allowed us to choose pillows to suit our comfort. The room itself was spacious, though the soundproofing could be improved as we could hear neighbours walking and chatting along the hallway.'

'最寄駅からは少々歩きますが、部屋は十分に広く、眺めも抜群です。 交通量の割りには室内は静かです。淡水地区も徒歩圏内で、観光にも便利です。'

'The 8 person room is really spacious. Alot of space in between for luggage. The bunk head space is also plenty.'

'餐點（早餐&晚餐）好吃！ 真不愧是農會組織相關的飯店！全台灣各地農會的火力展示場，雖然種類不是非常多，但是餐點的新鮮程度跟好吃程度絕對不會輸！在這邊住了5天，早餐菜色沒有重複過！太厲害了！ 住客有提供免費停車，可以自由進入停車場，但是離場先要去1樓櫃台拿停車抵用券 房間簡潔乾淨，住起來是舒服的 在這邊住了5天，是很開心的體驗，相當推薦！'
